CREATING A CULTURE OF GIVING BACK
Itero Group team members are just as passionate about the communities where they live and work as they are about their jobs. Our Community Impact Committee was formed by a group of team members dedicated to contributing time, talent, and resources to organizations focusing on Women in Technology and Veteran Service. We also regularly donate to other causes that are meaningful to our team members, whether it’s through giving to a food pantry or funding a scholarship.
As a company that values a culture of giving back AND helping our nation’s veterans, we also are proud to support K9s for Warriors and its important mission through generous donations from our employees, clients, and friends. K9s for Warriors provides highly trained service dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and/or military sexual trauma.

Our Health & Wellness Committee focuses on a holistic approach to wellness, incorporating the five pillars of wellness: physical, mental, social, environmental, and financial. They regularly distribute relevant health and wellness updates and tips; plan health-focused events, challenges, and screenings; and provide our leadership team with guidance on wellness related issues.
